(Marcy, NY) The State Police in Marcy arrested William G. Laduke, age 58, of Whitesboro, NY for driving while intoxicated on October 11, 2009.
At approximately 11:24 pm State Police observed the vehicle being operated by Laduke on Old River Road, Town of Floyd. Laduke crossed the double-solid line twice and State Police initiated the stop.
Subsequent investigation revealed Laduke to be intoxicated and he was placed under arrest and brought to the State Police Barracks in Marcy for a breath test. This test showed a BAC of .16 percent.
Laduke was released on tickets returnable to the Town of Floyd Court on November 9, 2009.
