Three Arrested on Drug Charges After Four Month Investigation

Three subjects were arrested by the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcment Team after a 4 month investigation in the Village of Whitesboro.

(Whitesboro, NY – October 09, 2009)

The New York State Police Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET ) along with members of the Village of Whitesboro and Yorkville Police Department’s concluded a four month long investigation with the execution of a no-knock narcotics search warrant at 21 Wagner Ave. in the Village of Whitesboro. As a result of the warrant police seized a quantity of cocaine, marijuana, a variety of prescription narcotics, digital scales, packaging material, and currency. The following individuals were arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree (“B” Felony), arraigned in the Town of Deerfield Court and remanded to the Oneida County jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail.

- Jeniffer L. Randall (04/20/74) of 21 Wagner Ave. Whitesboro, NY

- Gary L. Scholefield Jr. (08/26/83) of 21 Wagner Ave. Whitesboro, NY

Who was additionally charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Sub. in the 3rd Degree and remanded on an additional $15,000 bail.

The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are pending.
