This postcard from 1913 applied name is “Loading up at the Gravel Pit in McConnellsville.” The oxen on the left belonged to Oscar Dibble. Pictured facing them and the horse and carriage to the far right belonged to James Peacock, then superintendent of highways for the Town of Vienna.

DVT Screening Available at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center(Utica, NY) St. Elizabeth Medical Center, The American Venous Forum and Sanofi Aventis will sponsor a free screening for DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis).
The screening will be held on Wednesday, March 17, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in the Cafeteria Private Dining Room on the first floor of the hospital.
