Fritz’s official swearing-in will take place January 4th.
(Verona, NY) The official swearing-in ceremony for newly-elected councilman on the Verona Town Board, Fred “Fritz” Scherz, Jr. will be held on Monday, January 4, 2010 at 7 p.m. (prior to the Town Board meeting) at the Verona Town Office Building, 6600 Germany Road in Durhamville, NY. The ceremony is open to the public and light refreshments will be available.
“I’m looking forward to working for the people of the town of Verona,” said Scherz. “Throughout my term, one of the ways I plan on engaging residents is to hold town hall-style meetings in all six districts of Verona, as I want to be easily accessible to them.”
