(Verona, NY) Jagermeister-sponsored, Fritz’s Polka Band from Verona, NY, has been nominated for two Upper State Independent (USI) Awards.  FPB is nominated in the International category.  This year’s award show will be held on November 7th at 7pm at the Corcoran High School (919 Glenwood Avenue) in Syracuse, NY.

“We were thrilled to win an Upper State Independent Award last year in the International Category, and are thrilled to get nominated again this year,” said Fritz Scherz, bandleader of FPB.  “We’re appreciative of being nominated, and want to thank our great fans, djs, music critics, the media for supporting us over the years, and of course, our great sponsor, Jagermeister.  Thank you very much!”
