More than 550 students participated in Mohawk Valley Community College’s May graduation ceremony, held Friday May 15.
A list of candidates who applied for graduation as of May 1 includes the following:

Christopher W. Elsaesser, AOS, Electrical Service Technician-Electrical Maintenance
Brianne A. Howard, AAS, Advertising-Photography
Brittany L. O’Grady, AAS, Business Management
Tara L. Toukatly, AS, Liberal Arts & Sciences:General Studies/Childhood Education
MVCC President Randall VanWagoner, Ph.D., presided over the ceremony. Dr. Maryrose Eannace, Vice President for Learning & Academic Affairs, presented the Class of 2009. Immaculée Ilibagiza delivered the Commencement address.
A reception on the College’s Utica Campus, for graduates and their families, and members of the College’s faculty and staff, followed the ceremony.
