USC Adds Faculty Members Chapman, Moyer and Smith thumbnail

USC The Business College, with locations in Utica, Canastota and Oneonta, recently announced a new addition to its rapidly growing Online Education Faculty. Joining the college are Paula Chapman, Roger Moyer and Scott Smith.

Paula Chapman, a Liverpool resident, is a Program Manager, Employment consultant, and job coach at Enable, Syracuse.  She is fluent in Spanish and Italian; CPR and First Aid certified; and is an MS Office trainer. She has a MS in Human Resource Management from Chapman University, Syracuse and a BA in Mass Communication/Psychology from Hunter College.  Chapman is a Board Member in Before and After School of Liverpool (BASCOL) Board Member, Association for Persons in Supported Employment (APSE) of New York State.

Roger Moyer, a Sherrill resident, is an Assistant teacher at Morrisville Eaton Central School and has a BA, Mathematics, Utica College

Scott Smith, an Oneida resident, is a Business teacher at Chittenango Central School with an MS in Education from SUNY Oswego, has a New York State Certification in Business and Marketing, and a BS in Business Administration from SUNY Oswego.  An Outdoor recreation enthusiast, Smith serves as a Board Member of Oneida Citizen Hose Volunteer Fire Department. Smith has tremendous management and sales experience including serving as a Sales Representative for Elie Lilly and Company; as a Senior Account Executive and Assistant Marketing Director AT&T/Lucent Technologies/Avaya/Expanets; as a Regional Manager, Rusty Jones, Inc.; and a Marketing Support Representative – Diamond Page International.
