UTICA – Michelle and Steve Klosek, owners of the Varick Bar & Grill, Sickenberger Lane, and the Stiefvater Room will host the Mohawk Valley Chamber of Commerce’s September “Business After Hours.” The event will take place in the Stiefvater Room, 618 Varick Street, Utica on Thursday, September 17th from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The Stiefvater Room opened in 2001 and was named after the original owners; the building dates back to 1893. The Stiefvater Room is an upscale bar with a fireplace and historical shots of Utica on the walls. Enjoy a warm, cozy, and relaxed atmosphere with cocktails, beer and appetizers while playing on their billiards and shuffle boards.
