(Utica, NY) The Mohawk Valley Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council Partners and Paychex, Inc. present Managing Human Resource Issues seminar on Tuesday, February 16th at 8:30 am at Utica School of Commerce; registration begins at 8:00 am. This seminar will cover how to incorporate a Section 125 Plan, managing human resource issues, and the economic stimulus plan; earn up to four CPE credits.
How to Incorporate a Section 125 Plan outlines the federal, state, and local regulations that affect the implementation of a section 125 plan. It includes detailed information regarding premium only plans and flexible spending accounts.
Managing Human Resource Issues include various federal labor laws and regulations governing discrimination, and guidelines pertaining to hiring an employee, day-to-day employment, and separation from employment.
Economic Stimulus Plan, signed into law on February 17, 2009, provides many new tax incentives as well as new employer requirements.
