Dr. Constantine was recognized for consistently supporting patients by ensuring comprehensive diabetes education as an integral part of the care for patients to achieve desired outcomes. He follows the ADA’s clinical practice recommendations in ordering standard exams such as A1C testing.
Dr. Constantine is the first recipient of this award.
