(Utica, NY) The Oneida County Convention & Visitors Bureau and Trainor Associates along with The Genesis Group are hosting a Community Presentation of the Oneida County’s new tourism brand initiative and marketing campaign at the historic Hotel Utica on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 in the Saranac Room beginning at 5:00 pm. Trainor Associates will recap the research behind the new brand initiative and share elements of the marketing campaign and discuss target markets in which the plan will be implemented.
Tourism partners and industry representatives will exhibit their attractions and events in the Mezzanine area including: Adirondack Scenic Railroad, Children’s Museum, Erie Canal Cruises, Fort Rickey Children’s Zoo, Great American Irish Festival, Landmark Society of Greater Utica, Mohawk Valley EDGE, Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute, Stanley Center for the Arts, Sylvan Beach Association, The Ad Group, The Arbor Inn, Tramontane Café, Turning Stone Casino Resort, Utica Zoo, Wingate Hotel, and Wonderland of Lights.
Everyone attending the presentation will be eligible to win prizes drawn at the end of the presentation. Prizes include overnight stays at area destination hotels, admission passes to events and attractions, gift certificates, shopping cards, paintings and more!
