Rome Woman Arrested after 2 Month Investigation

(Rome, NY) A two month investigation by the New York State Police – Special Investigations Unit in cooperation with Alliance Bank has resulted in the arrest of Marsha A. Fairbank from Rome, NY after she stole more than $34,000.00 by writing checks on a bank account with no funds.
