Arrest in Waterville domestic dispute

(Waterville, NY) On January 1, 2010, New York State Police were dispatched to a domestic dispute in the Village of Waterville, County of Oneida.

Investigation revealed that Walter D. Kimball, age 28, of Rome was at the residences of his former girlfriend, who has an active stay away order of protection against Kimball.

Kimball was charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd for violating an active order of protection, and was arraigned in the Village of Waterville Court.

Kimball was remanded to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash or bond. He is scheduled to reappear in the Village of Waterville Court at a later date.
