Strawberry Growing Workshops planned for September & October
(Oriskany, NY) Insects of Strawberries and their management
Dr. Greg Loeb, Cornell University, will speak about managing strawberry sap beetle and tarnished plant bug; Dr. Richard Cowles, University of Connecticut, will help growers better understand strawberry vine weevil and its management. The webinar will be held at 1pm, September 22nd, 2009, at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oneida Co. 121 Second St., Oriskany, NY. This program is free. Managing strawberry root diseases and powdery mildew
