Waterville Resident Eligible for SUNY Oswego Degree

Several local residents are scheduled to complete their baccalaureate studies in December at SUNY Oswego.

The following Waterville resident (with academic major in parentheses) is eligible to participate in the graduation ceremonies:

Daniel C. Wheeler of Osborne Avenue in Waterville (business administration).

Students who graduate with honors are indicated by the traditional Latin phrases summa cum laude, with highest honor (grade averages of 3.8 to 4.0); magna cum laude, with great honor (grade averages of 3.6 to 3.79); and cum laude, with honor (grade averages of 3.30 to 3.59).
