Clinton, N.Y. — Andrew Mulvania, assistant professor of English at Washington & Jefferson College, will give the Winslow Classics Lecture about Greek and Roman pastoral poetry on Thursday, Nov. 12, at 4:10 p.m. in the Hamilton College Kennedy Auditorium (Science Center G027). The lecture is free and open to the public.
Mulvania’s poems have appeared in several literary journals, including Poetry, North American Review, Bellingham Review, and Green Mountains Review. He was the recipient of a 2008 Pennsylvania Council on the Arts Individual Creative Artists Fellowship in Literature. His book of poems, Also in Arcadia, was published by The Backwaters Press in 2008.
