(Verona, NY) The distribution of checks from the Upstate New York Empowerment Fund to the 65 charities that sold tickets to the 2009 Turning Stone Resort Championship will take place at a noon luncheon on Thurs., Oct. 29 at the Shenendoah Clubhouse at the Oneida Nation’s Turning Stone Resort.
In attendance will be Ray Halbritter, chair of the Empowerment Fund and Oneida Nation Representative and CEO of Nation Enterprises; members of the Oneida Nation Council; members of the Upstate New York Empowerment Fund Honorary Host Committee; and Nation and resort officials. The media is welcome and encouraged to attend this premier showcase of area charities.
