Bridgewater Gas Drive-Off Results in Charges

(Bridgewater, NY – August 16, 2009) – The State Police in Waterville arrested SHANE Y. FINCH, age 18, of West Exeter, NY, for Petit Larceny following a gas drive-off from the Cassville Mini Mart on State Route 8 in the Town of Bridgewater, Oneida County.

On August 16, 2009 at about 2:34 P.M., FINCH pumped $29.09 of gasoline into his 1997 GMC Jimmy and intentionally left without paying.

FINCH was processed and released with an appearance ticket returnable August 31, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town of Bridgewater Court.

The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the investigation.
