(Remsen, NY - December 17, 2009) - State Police in Remsen have arrested a Boonville man stemming from an incident in the parking lot of Scooter’s Bar in Forestport.
On Dec. 13, a patron was walking in Scooter’s parking lot at about 8:30 p.m. when he was approached by 28-year-old, Ronald Weaver, from North Steuben Road, Boonville. After a brief argument, Weaver was subsequently arrested for second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal mischief after he threatened the patron with a piece of glass and then used the glass to damage his vehicle.
Weaver was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Forestport Town Court for Dec. 22 at 7 p.m.
