Lee Center Man Arrested For DWI

On September 10, 2009, the State Police in Sylvan Beach arrested David J. Brodock, age 40, of Marsh Rd Lee Center, NY for Driving While Intoxicated. Brodock was stopped on Gore Rd. in the City of Rome. He was found to have a .14% BAC. He is to appear in the City of Rome court on 09/29/09 at 9:00am.
