(Schuyler, NY – Nov. 1, 2011) On Oct. 31, Matthew D. Helmer, 23, of 50 Curran Road, Whitesboro was arrested by the New York State Police – Schuyler for Driving While Intoxicated after his vehicle ran out of gas on the Thruway.
Helmer was found to have a BAC of .15 percent. He was released to appear in the Town of Minden court on Nov. 10 at 5 p.m.
