(Utica, NY) The 9th annual Leadership Mohawk Valley Follow The Leader dinner was held on Wednesday, March 10th at the Radisson Hotel-Utica Centre. The guest speaker was Colonel Dawne Deskins, Vice Commander, Eastern Air Defense Sector (EADS), and Master of Ceremonies was Steve McMurray from WKTV NEWS CHANNEL 2.
Leadership Mohawk Valley honored individuals and companies within the Mohawk Valley that have made significant contributions to LMV and have personified LMV’s mission of developing community growth and excellence. Leadership Mohawk Valley honored the following:

In addition, the 2nd annual “President’s Choice” honoree was selected. The award allows the President of the Board to honor an LMV Board member or committee member for their outstanding contributions to LMV’s growth, mission and organizational goals. Board President Lori Losowski, AmeriCU Credit Union, bestowed this year’s honor on LMV Alumnus and Board Member Peter Perkins, SUNYIT.
Approximately 250 people were in attendance at the 9th annual event.
