UTICA – The St. Elizabeth Medical Center Foundation will hold its 31st Annual Dinner Dance Gala on Saturday, September 26, from 6 to 11 p.m.  “An Era of Elegance” will be held at Daniele’s Banquet Specialists in New Hartford.  Proceeds from the event will benefit the new Orthopedic Unit.
