DWI arrest – Town of Paris, Oneida County

The State Police in Marcy arrested Troy W. Krum, age 40 of Brookfield NY, for DWI following a V & T stop for speeding on State Rt 8 in the Town of Paris, Oneida County.
Krum was processed at Marcy (.12% BAC results) and was issued traffic tickets for DWI, speeding, and cracked windshield/visibility distorted.
